Le Quartier Sonang

Sleeping on a cloud in the heart of Amsterdam....

A luxury lifestyle BED & Breakfast

‘Le Quartier Sonang’ is a peaceful, quiet townhouse in the most popular district of Amsterdam. The two luxury mini suites at the first floor in this 19th century original townhouse are located in the middle of the museum, fashion and theatre district and only five minutes’ walk from the Canal Ring.
The Canal Ring was awarded UNESCO World Heritage status in 2010 and to this day, the city’s biggest celebrations such as King’s Day and Gay Pride take place on the canals. And.... 2015 is the Vincent van Gogh Year: 125 years of Inspiration!

‘Le Quartier Sonang’ is a true lifestyle B&B where hospitality does not spring from duty but only from kindness…

Two comfortable mini suites

The completely furnished apartments with private bathroom are equipped with a LED TV/DVD, free WIFI, tea- and coffee facilities and a small refrigerator for your beverages. The huge windows in the rooms provide you with a better Amsterdam view than any painting ever made.

Review from one of our last guests: Without doubt.....

Without doubt, gentlemen, your generous hospitality and gracious attention to welcoming us to Le Quartier Sonang, your most wonderful home, made our very first visit to Amsterdam truly special. Your guidance, suggestions for sights to visit, hints of the best times to visit the museums, knowledge of neighborhood strolls of the harried main streets, to mention but a few ideas to steer us through the city, made for a visit of great ease and enjoyment. The daily breakfast spoiled us  immensely and certainly encouraged us  on our daily '20.000' plus steps through the meandering  byways and endless canals capes of the city. The highlight of our stay , of course, was for Dennis' birthday, as you welcomed him royally into another year. We express to you our gratitude for all that you have done for us, and we trust should you visit our part of the world, you will let us know. With sincere thanks.
