About the Accommodation

A very pleasant room at the back site of the house with a view on the courtyard.

A summary of facilities:

• A queen-size bed 160 × 200 (see ‘The beds’)
• Your pillow menu (see ‘The beds’)
• LED television
• Free WIFI 24 hours a day
• A comfortable relaxing chair
• Tea & Coffee facilities: A Nespresso machine with a choice of Livanto Expresso, Vivalto Lungo en Decaffeinate Lungo cups and a water cooker for your large selection of organic teas
• A breakfast corner with two chairs and a little table
• A very nice terrace on the south site of the house, which is basically an extension of the room: great place for breakfast and enjoy your refreshing drink after your Amsterdam experience….
• A fully equipped bathroom, including a hairdryer, with a spacious walk-in shower area with floor heating. The warm materials like Italian marble, cherrywood and Belgian natural blackstone provide you with a royal welcome. 

Check in and Check out times

You can check in as of 15:00 hrs. and check out time before 10:30 hrs. You can always store your luggage with us any time of the day in case of an early arrival or a late departure. If you flight arrives early in the morning, you might check with us the rate for early check in (depending on availability).

Cancellation policy

Since we are a small sized B&B, two rooms only, we have the following cancellation policy. If your plans change and you have to cancel the reservation, we will charge you the following cancellation fees:

• Cancellation fee is one night room charge if the cancellation is made 1 month or more before the arrival date
• We will not refund the deposit if the cancellation is made less than 1 month before arrival date
• In case of shortening your stay after arrival, we will not refund your payments.
