RATES & RESERVATIONS

Room rate 2021

One rate throughout the year, no exceptions and the room rate includes all taxes and breakfast. For tax reasons, we will separate the charges for room and breakfast on the invoice.

  • €175 per room per night
  • Minimum stay 2 nights
  • Maximum 2 guests per room
  • We might close for arrival on some days or require minimum stay of three nights on some occasions


Cancellation policy

Since we are a small sized B&B, two rooms only, we have the following cancellation policy. At the moment of reservation, we ask you a 50% down payment by Bank or through PayPal (we can send you an invoice for the deposit, which you can settle by credit card). The remaining amount can be paid cash upon arrival: we have ATM machines around the corner. If your plans change and you have to cancel the reservation, we will charge you the following cancellation fees:

  • Cancellation fee is one night room charge if the cancellation is made 1 month or more before the arrival date
  • We will not refund the deposit if the cancellation is made less than 1 month before arrival date
  • In case of shortening your stay after arrival, we will not refund your payments.


Check in and Check out times

You can check in as of 15:00 hrs. and check out time before 10:30 hrs. You can always store your luggage with us any time of the day in case of an early arrival or a late departure. If you flight arrives early in the morning, you might check with us the rate for early check in (depending on availability).
